Jennifer Shields has over 16 years of experience in partner success and operations management at Ocado Group, serving as the Regional Partner Success Operations Director for Europe since March 2007. In this role, Jennifer focuses on maximizing the value of the Ocado Smart Platform for European partners. Previous positions at Ocado include Senior Partner Success Manager for Europe, Customer Order Excellence Manager, Senior Automation Project Manager, Business Project Manager, and Operations Manager. Prior to Ocado, Jennifer gained experience as a Graduate at GIST from 2004 to 2005. Jennifer holds a BA (Hons) in International Business with Spanish from Northumbria University, which was completed between 2000 and 2004, and attended Guilsborough from 1992 to 1999.
