Jay Hinks is an experienced professional with a background in people operations and customer service. Currently serving as the People Operations Team Leader at Ocado Group, Jay has previously held roles as a People Administrator and Logistics Planning specialist. Prior experience includes customer service positions at A S D A and Tesco, where Jay was also a Team Lead Manager. Additionally, Jay pursued a career break for travel. Jay holds a degree from The Open University, completed between September 2015 and August 2018.
