Jason Robinson is an accomplished Senior Technical Support Engineer at Ocado Group since May 2013, specializing in 3rd line support for critical backend systems and mentoring junior technicians. Prior experience includes a role as a 2nd Line Support Analyst at Serco, where Jason provided technical assistance for hardware and software issues, and service as an Information Systems Engineer in the UK Ministry of Defence's Royal Corps Of Signals. Jason holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification in Windows Server 2008 and an Information Systems Engineer qualification from the Royal School of Signals. Education was completed at Smiths Wood School.
