Aaron Clay is an accomplished engineering project manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Principal Engineering Project Manager at Ocado Group since August 2020, Aaron has held various strategic roles at General Motors from 2005 to 2019, including Strategic Business Manager, Engineering Manager, and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams and driving manufacturing efficiencies. Notably, Aaron led efforts on GM’s first autonomous vehicle and was instrumental in establishing a full production assembly plant for General Motor’s European Division at Adam Opel AG. Aaron holds an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a degree in Computer Engineering from Kettering University.
