Moreira Pedro worked as the Chief Executive Officer at OCA starting from March 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Banco Itaú, where they held multiple roles. From January 2017 to March 2021, they worked in the Banca Digital division. Moreira also served as a Project Manager and managed branches in the role of Gerencia de sucursales from March 2001 to March 2021.

From 2003 to 2005, Moreira Pedro pursued a Master's degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they attended Florida International University and obtained a Master's degree in International Business.
