Pamela Rich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in document control and quality assurance in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Trade and Quality Assurance Specialist at Oerlikon AM US Inc. since May 2008, Pamela focuses on document control and trade control related to 3D printing and sintering metal powder. Prior to this role, Pamela worked at Select Industries Corp. from August 1994 to May 2008 as a Document Control Specialist and IMDS Company Administrator, handling procurement, shipping, and receiving. Pamela began a career in the manufacturing sector at KMS Metal Fabrication, where responsibilities included operating a Press Break from April 1990 to July 1994. Pamela is currently pursuing education in Export Compliance Training at the Export Compliance Training Institute, Inc. from 2019 to 2025.
