Becker Lubben is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and composites industries. Currently serving as Program Manager at Oerlikon AM since March 2022, Becker previously held the same title at Aeromatrix Composites from June 2019 to March 2022, where notable achievements included launching development programs for major clients like Cessna and Sikorsky, managing project schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles at AAR Composites & Aerostructures and Comet Tool included lean engineering, manufacturing engineering, and precision machining. Becker holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering Technology and Agricultural Systems Engineering Technology from Iowa State University, complemented by a robust foundation in manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM technologies, and project management.
