Tony West has a strong background in acquisition analysis and program management. Tony has experience working with various government agencies, including the Air Force and Army. Most recently, Tony served as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at OBXtek, where they provided advice and assistance to the Director of Global Reach Programs for the C-130H program. Tony conducted research, analyzed program cost estimates, and advocated budget requirements. Prior to that, Tony worked at Patricio Enterprises, Inc. as a Program Analyst for the Common Sensor Payload program, and at CACI International Inc. as an Acquisition Analyst for Navigation programs. Tony also worked at WWC as a Strategic Analyst for the Air National Guard and at Whitney, Bradley & Brown as a Senior Acquisition Analyst for the F-35 Follow-on Modernization program. Tony's earlier experience includes roles as a KC-46 Program Analyst at Wyle Inc. and Alion Science and Technology, and as a Manager of Air Force Acquisition at WBB. Tony's extensive work experience spans over three decades, including their time as an officer in the United States Air Force, where they oversaw the C-27J Program.
Tony West obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Tony then pursued a Master's degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton between 1989 and 1993. Tony also holds a certification in the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level III Certified Program Manager, obtained in 2009, though the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are not specified.
