Helen W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Helen is currently serving as a Senior Administrator at OBXtek since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center as a Health System Specialist from May 2021 to December 2022.

From 2017 to 2020, Helen held various positions at the National Guard Bureau, including Strategic Planner and Staff Training Action Officer. In these roles, they organized and collaborated with DoD and DHS/Interagency partners to develop and integrate strategies for exercises, training plans, and disaster responses. Helen also managed joint professional military education initiatives and consortiums for National Guard service members.

Before their work at the National Guard Bureau, Helen served in the US Army. From November 2015 to September 2016, they were a Company Executive Officer. In this role, they held responsibilities for daily operations and administration. Additionally, from November 2014 to March 2015, they served as a Role II Executive Officer, accountable for the medical administration and maintenance of North Kabul International Airport's Role II Facility. Prior to this, they served as a Medical Operations Officer from February 2014 to November 2014.

Helen W. completed their education starting from 2007 to 2011 at Auburn University at Montgomery, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science. Helen furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Liberty University, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Helen W. has acquired several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the Level 1 Professional Continuity Practitioner certification from FEMA. In the same year, they also earned the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute). Furthermore, in May 2021, Helen W. obtained the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act certification from the Defense Health Agency. Lastly, they acquired the Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association in February 2020.
