Arnold Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Arnold started off their career in the USAF as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1985, where they served until 2005. After that, they worked for JPDO as a Systems Engineer until December 2012. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Integrated Systems Solutions, Inc, a role they held until August 2013 when they joined CACI International Inc as a Principal Program Analyst. In July 2016, they moved to PESystems, Inc as a Program Manager until November 2017. Arnold then joined OBXtek in December 2019 as a Senior Acquisition Analyst. Additionally, they have also been fulfilling their role as a father in the Lee Family Household since March 1995.

Arnold Lee started their education in 1981 at Stevens Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Arnold completed their undergraduate studies in 1985. In 1993, they enrolled at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems Management by 1994. In 1998, Arnold attended Defense Acquisition University to gain expertise in Project Management.
