Gyula Simon is a seasoned academic and industry professional with extensive experience in electrical and electronics engineering. Currently a professor at Óbuda University since 2019, Gyula Simon previously held roles as head of software development at Secudit in 2020 and associate professor at both the University of Pannonia from 2005 to 2018 and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1998 to 2006. Additionally, Gyula Simon served as a research assistant professor at Vanderbilt University from 2002 to 2004. Gyula Simon earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
