Gábor Kertész is an associate professor at Óbuda University, currently leading the Applied Machine Learning Research Group and serving as vice-dean for research since 2022. With a strong focus on programming education, Gábor has taught intermediate and advanced courses in both English and Hungarian, organized the local Hour of Code event, and mentored various student projects. Gábor’s professional background includes research positions at SZTAKI and freelance software development, with experience in web development and machine learning applications. Gábor holds a Ph.D. in Applied Informatics and has completed multiple degrees in computer science and software technology.
