Heather A. Katz, PhD, PMP, serves as the Head of Learning and Talent Development and Head of Obsidi Academy at OBSIDI By BPTN, where a significant achievement includes securing a $23 million contract with TD Bank. Previously, as Director of Integrated Learning Solutions at RTI International, Heather oversaw the USAID Worldwide Training contract, leading a large team and adapting to remote operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. With prior roles at AstraZeneca, ICF, and PDRI, Heather contributed to various educational and development initiatives across global organizations. Heather possesses a PhD in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from The University of Texas at Austin, along with an MEd in Special Education and a BS in Environmental Science from Howard University.
