Melissa Molina has a diverse work experience. Melissa began their career as a Tutor/ Teacher's Assistant for America Reads in 2013. In 2015, they held internships at St. John's University as a Marketing Intern and CollegeFashionista as a Creative Intern. In 2016, they were a Photo Intern at Nickelodeon. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Photographer for Molina Photography. In 2018, they were a Featured Writer for Soleil Fashion Magazine. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Content and Content Manager for Obsess, an Experiential E-commerce platform.

Melissa Molina attended Roselle Catholic High School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their High School degree. Melissa then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts at Sarah Lawrence College from 2013 to 2017. During their time at Sarah Lawrence College, they also completed a Summer Creative Writing Intensive in 2013. In 2015 and 2016, Melissa Molina participated in a Fine/Studio Arts Exchange Program at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Additionally, Melissa Molina obtained a certification in The Language of Design: Form and Meaning from the California Institute of the Arts in May 2022.
