Kevin Hsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical integration and support. Currently serving as Principal Integrations Engineer and Integrations Lead at Observe.AI since August 2021, Kevin has previously held multiple senior roles at Medallia from July 2012 to August 2021, where notable achievements included managing large-scale Financial Services implementations and enhancing implementation quality through the establishment of Delivery Assurance Checkpoints. Kevin also excelled in client management and technical configuration mentoring. Earlier roles at Realization Technologies involved optimizing operations through execution management systems and providing user training. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
