Aggeliki Androutsopoulou is an accomplished professional with significant experience in service delivery and academic research. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at Obrela Security Industries since July 2018, Aggeliki also holds positions as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the University of the Aegean since October 2010, focusing on advanced social media exploitation in public policy formulation. Aggeliki's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of the Aegean, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Athens University of Economics and Business, obtained from 2002 to 2007.
