Mayane Santos is a journalist currently employed at Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mayane completed a traineeship in Economic Journalism at ESTADÃO from September to December 2023, being a member of the 13th class of the Economic Journalism Course in partnership with the Fundação Getulio Vargas. Mayane served as a Press Officer at Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce from January 2021 to September 2023, focusing on the Hospital Regional de Juazeiro. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Prefeitura Municipal de Juazeiro in various press advisory roles in early 2020, and another internship at the Universidade Federal do Vale do São Francisco in the Communication Advisory of the DACC from January 2018 to January 2020. Mayane also interned at the INSS in 2017. Educational qualifications include an extension course in Economics with a focus on Economic Journalism from FGV, an MBA in Journalism from Estácio, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Multimedia Journalism from UNEB.
