Carlos Giral Herrero is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning roles such as Jefe de obra at Obras Especiales since August 2021 and previous positions with Construcciones Y Excavaciones Erri-Berri S.L. and ICX technologies, which Carlos co-founded. Carlos has also worked in infrastructure at Ayesa and completed a brief internship at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos. Education includes an MSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an engineer's degree from Universidad de Cantabria, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, along with ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
