Harriet Mermes Costa is a Senior Project Manager at OMG, specializing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) since January 2016. Prior to this role, Harriet served as Project Manager/Customer Service/Administrator/Sales at Costa Mermes Enterprises, where responsibilities included consulting for Softlink, managing sales and marketing for Tufts Health Plan, and representing eHealth in Medicare sales. Harriet's earlier experience includes leading a $40 million project for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to replace a legacy unemployment system, managing operations for a division at the Education Development Center, and serving as Director of Computing Resources at NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Harriet's career also includes managing infrastructure support at the NC State Center for Health Statistics. Educational credentials include an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, an AB in Russian and Soviet Area Studies from Harvard University, and a DEA in Information Systems from the University of Paris - Dauphine.
