Lakshmi K P has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Lakshmi started their career as a Management Associate at Citi in 1999 and then moved on to become an Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 2000. In 2002, they co-founded Itellix Software Solutions Pvt Ltd and worked as a Senior Consultant and Co-founder until 2005. Following that, they joined Object Edge in 2005 as a Management Analyst until 2009. Returning to Object Edge in 2010, they served as a Senior Business Engineer until 2013. After a brief gap, Lakshmi rejoined Object Edge in 2014 as the Head of Business Engineering, a role they held until 2019. Lakshmi then transitioned to become the Vice President of Customer Success until July 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Technical Program Management & Advisory Services at Object Edge from August 2022. Lakshmi'sextensive experience in various roles showcases their expertise and adaptability in the field.

Lakshmi K P has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Systems and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. Lakshmi has also obtained certifications in various fields, including Associate Functional Architect from commercetools, Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University, Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Analytics Academy, and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from Scrum.org.
