John Vithayathil currently serves as Senior Manager in the Strategy division of the MD's Office at Oberoi Realty, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, John was with L&T Realty from May 2018 to October 2022, where key responsibilities included mentoring teams for new project launches, developing pricing strategies, and handling negotiations with financial institutions. John's earlier experience encompasses positions at Philips Lighting as a Summer Intern, San Engineering and Locomotives Co Ltd in Sales and Marketing, and Phoenix Racing as Head of the Power Train Department. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.
