Nico Lingen currently serves as Kaufmännischer Direktor at multiple Oberberg Kliniken facilities, including the Fachklinik Wasserschlösschen, Tagesklinik Essen, Fachklinik Düsseldorf-Kaarst, Klinik Scheidegg, and Panorama Fachklinik, starting in April 2020. Prior to this role, Lingen was responsible for HR and clinic development at Schön Klinik from December 2018 to March 2020, and worked as a Management Trainee at Asklepios from April 2017 to November 2018, gaining experience at both Asklepios Klinik St. Georg and Asklepios Kliniken Schildautal. Lingen holds a Master of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre with a focus on Gesundheits- und Sozialwirtschaft and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both obtained from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz between 2011 and 2016.
