Carole Denieffe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carole currently works at Obelisk as a Project Supervisor, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Project Administrator at Obelisk from September 2021 to January 2022. Carole also served as the Safety Officer at Cork City FC since March 2005. In addition, they worked as the Salon Manager at Blush House of Beauty Clonmel & Dungarvan from July 2018 to July 2020. Carole's previous role was Business Development Manager at VOYA Organic Beauty, which they held from November 2016 to July 2018.

Carole Denieffe pursued their education in the field of Salon/Beauty Salon Management/Manager from 1999 to 2001 at Woodworth & Whelan Beauty Therapy. During this time, they obtained a degree known as CIBTEC. In December 2001, Carole earned an additional certification as a CIBTAC Aesthetician from BABTAC & CIBTAC.
