Vitaliy Maksimov has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Vitaliy started their career in 2002 as the Founder/Managing Member of ScanTool.net, LLC. In 2010, they founded OBD Solutions and took on the roles of CEO and General Manager. Vitaliy continues to hold these positions at OBD Solutions.

From 2000 to 2006, Vitaliy Maksimov attended DeVry University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology.
