Odalis Arcadio currently serves as Senior Associate in Community Engagement & Government Affairs at the Obama Foundation, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Odalis worked as the Chicago Engagement Associate before becoming a Multicultural Leadership Academy Cohort Member at the Latino Policy Forum from January 2024 to August 2024. Odalis has experience as an ISACorps Community Outreach Worker with the State of Illinois - Illinois Student Assistance Commission from June 2021 to July 2022 and as Aldermanic Aid in the office of 32nd Ward Alderman Scott Waguespack from 2017 to May 2021. Early career roles include Academic Engagement Student Assistant and Student Receptionist at North Park University, along with participation in youth-focused initiatives at Mikva Challenge, including the Youth and Action Council and a Summer Fellows Internship. Odalis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and Politics and Government from North Park University, graduated from Lake View High School, and was previously an America Needs You Fellow.
