Halley Zhang is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and performance management. At Oasis Games Limited as HRVP since May 2018, Halley has leveraged previous roles including OD Director at 完美世界 and HRD at Yirendai to drive strategic HR initiatives. A notable tenure at iSoftStone included responsibilities in change management, implementing IBM's Business Leadership Model, and oversight of a high-performing talent supply chain yielding over 4000 annual hires. Halley holds an MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and has also studied at Nanyang Technological University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Information Science and Technology University.
