Katy Normatov is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at OANDA, where Katy has successfully built and led a high-performing globally distributed SRE team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Previously, Katy held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Crawford Technologies, overseeing the entire software development life cycle for the core application, spearheading DevOps and SRE practices, and managing strategic planning and project budgeting. Additional experience includes senior roles at AMD and Intel, focusing on discrete graphics processor products and design validation, respectively, and early software engineering work at Anav Software Solutions. Katy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
