Agnes Chow, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at OANDA, Agnes focuses on talent strategy and employee development within Engineering, Product, IT, Operations, and Project Management. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at ThoughtWire Corp, where Agnes contributed to the establishment of talent management frameworks and compliance initiatives, as well as HR Manager at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Manager, Talent & Culture at Meta. Agnes has also held positions in Southeast Asia as Regional HR Manager at Y&R/Wunderman and has extensive experience in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations gained during tenures at Blast Radius, COBS Bread, and Impark. Educated with a BBA in Human Resources and International Business from Simon Fraser University, Agnes is committed to advancing organizational culture and employee engagement.
