David Ross is an attorney and partner at O'Connell and Aronowitz, P.C., where David has been practicing since March 2007. Specializing in Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance audits and investigations, David's expertise extends to health law, fraud and abuse, governmental investigations, criminal defense, administrative hearings, federal and state false claims whistleblower cases, Medicaid compliance plans, and Article 78 cases. David heads the firm’s Government Investigations Unit and is a member of the Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Unit. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The State University of New York at Albany.
