Truly Smith possesses extensive experience in the real estate and title industry, currently serving as Closing Manager at Oakwood Homes since June 2022 and as Contract and Closing Manager at Koelbel and Company since May 2018, while also holding the position of Closing Manager at The Pauls Corporation since August 2007. Responsibilities include managing lease terms and negotiations for a portfolio of over 200 rental properties valued at more than $45 million, overseeing acquisitions and disposition departments, and handling bank loan underwriting conditions. Previously, at Land Title, a P&L management role resulted in significant revenue growth, and as Area Manager at Transnation Title, oversight of several top revenue-generating branch offices was achieved. Truly Smith holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder.
