Hunter Smith currently serves as the Manager of Forward Planning at Oakwood Homes, overseeing Land Acquisition and Entitlement since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Land Acquisition Analyst and Intern. Additionally, Hunter worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services from December 2020 to June 2021. Hunter holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations from the University of Utah (2018-2021) and is pursuing dual Master of Business Administration degrees in Finance at the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, with studies ongoing from August 2023 to April 2025.
