Dylan Flippo is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Amenities Project Superintendent at Oakwood Homes since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading procurement of amenity projects and developing efficient project schedules. Previously, Dylan held various roles at Mark Young Construction, Inc. from May 2017 to June 2021, progressing from Estimating Intern to Project Engineer, and finally to Project Superintendent. During this time, tasks included executing RFIs, managing site safety, and facilitating meetings. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Construction Technician at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods LLC. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a Business minor and is pursuing an MBA at Colorado State University.
