Florian Dirscherl is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at RoundShield since November 2022, focusing on asset-backed special situations. Prior to this role, Florian worked at Citi from June 2019 to October 2022 as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), having previously held the position of Investment Banking Analyst within the same group. Additional experience includes M&A roles at Macquarie Group and Mediobanca, as well as a restructuring position at Ebner Stolz and product management at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. Florian holds a Master of Science in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.
