Patrick Salazar has been in the explosives industry for nearly a decade, most recently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investments. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory for over 9 years, holding various roles such as Firing Site Leader, Assembly Engineer, and Explosive Technician. Patrick was responsible for overseeing the intentional firing of explosive experiments, developing processes for precision assembly/disassembly, and fielding diagnostics for various tests.
