Phil Watson has an extensive and varied career in the banking industry. Starting in 1982, Phil has held positions ranging from messenger to Executive Vice President. With a degree in Finance and Banking from Missouri State University, Phil has worked for various companies including Banking, Bancorp South, Springfield First Community Bank, and currently OakStar Bank where Phil serves as the Senior Vice President and Sageworks Administrator. Phil has been involved in commercial lending, loan committees, and implementation of loan origination systems throughout their career.
