Paul Mulcare has extensive experience in the gas industry, having worked at Oakray Ltd since February 1986 in various roles including engineer, supervisor, and manager, ultimately becoming the Gas Contract Manager. With 24 years of engineering experience before transitioning to an office-based position, Paul has honed skills in contract management, overseeing operations effectively. Education includes a Gas City and Guilds certification in Domestic Gas from Kingsmead and Tottenham Tech, complemented by earlier studies at Kingsmead School and Tottenham Tech College.
