Nitish Rathi currently holds the position of Associate Director of Strategy at OakNorth, a role assumed in November 2019, following progressive leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Deputy Vice President of Strategy within the same organization. Prior to OakNorth, Nitish Rathi was a Consultant and Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group from May 2017 to November 2019, and also completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm in 2016. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at Capital One and an Equity Research Associate role at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. Additionally, Nitish Rathi served as a Manager at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2011 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (2015-2017) and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (2007-2011).
