Katie Leonard has a diverse work experience in senior living and nursing and rehabilitation centers. Katie started their career at Pacifica Senior Living in 2008, where they held various roles such as Caregiver, Concierge, Life Enrichment Manager, and Community Relations Director. In 2012, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Katie then returned to Pacifica Senior Living in 2013 as a Concierge. In 2015, they joined Oakmont Senior Living as a Move-In Coordinator and later transitioned into roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Move-In Coordinator, and Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Experience at Oakmont Senior Living since 2023.

Katie Leonard attended the College of the Canyons from 2008 to 2009, where they studied General Education. Katie later returned to the College of the Canyons and studied Small Business Administration/Management from 2013 to 2016.
