Rachel Hoffman is a finance professional with diverse experience in operations and recruitment. Currently, Rachel serves as a Finance Coordinator and Operations Assistant at Oakmont Capital Services since August 2021. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Recruiting Associate at The Siegfried Group, a national CPA firm, from December 2020 to June 2021, contributing to leadership advisory and talent delivery services. Rachel's career began at Delta-T Group as a Staffing Assistant, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and ensuring proper credentials. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from The University of the South and graduated from Blair Academy in 2015.
