Arnaud Dubois is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and fund raising for high-tech companies, including sectors such as software, semiconductors, electronics, and chip design. Currently, Arnaud serves as Partner at Oaklins and Managing Partner at 55 Corporate Finance SAS, positions held since 2017. Prior to these roles, Arnaud was Managing Director at DC Advisory from 2007 to 2016 and manager at Opticroissance from 2000 to 2007. Arnaud began a career as an experienced auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 1999. Academically, Arnaud holds a Master's in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and a DECF from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
