Clay Barnett is an experienced professional in the industrial services sector, currently serving as LaborWorx Managing Partner at Oakley Services since June 2023. Barnett co-founded LaborWorx in February 2022 and has held dual roles as President and Co-Founder along with Managing Director. Previous roles include Business Development at Carhartt from August 2019 to February 2022, Vice President of Business Development at AMCON Industrial from October 2018 to September 2019, and HSE Manager at Noble Drilling from November 2015 to September 2018. Barnett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia Southern University and a Paramedic Technology degree from Southern Crescent College.
