Faye Tracey is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in scaling high-growth companies. Currently serving as the Manager US - Executive HR People & Talent at Oakleaf Partnership Limited since November 2022, Faye specializes in advising both post-IPO technology firms and venture-backed startups on talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Faye held various responsibilities at Robert Walters from May 2018 to November 2022, including Managing Consultant and practice lead for People & Talent, focusing on filling senior HR roles for industry-leading technology companies. Earlier career roles included Senior Consultant at Oakleaf Partnership Limited, where Faye was instrumental in recruiting for Senior HR positions in the Media, Digital, and Technology sectors, and HR & Development at Baker & McKenzie. Faye Tracey holds an LLB Law (Hons) from Bournemouth University.
