Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university instructor from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
