Caroline Jones is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and administration within the Oakland Unified School District. Since June 2015, Caroline has served as Director and School Principal, overseeing multiple Child Development Center campuses. Prior roles include Education Program Specialist, where support was provided to Early Childhood Special Education teachers and families, and Early Childhood Education Specialist, which involved managing classroom staff and developing educational programs. Earlier experience also encompasses a Teaching Fellow position focused on middle school students with severe handicaps and a Research Associate role at San Francisco State University, managing diverse research projects and contributing to grant writing and data analysis. Caroline holds an Administrative Services Credential in Educational Leadership and multiple advanced degrees in Social Psychology and Early Childhood Special Education from San Francisco State University, along with a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University.
