Grants And Development Specialist at Oakland Public Education Fund

Audrey was born in Berkeley and grew up in the Bay Area, attending public schools in Albany for her K-12 education. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2015, with a double major in English & Comparative Literature. In the years since, she’s worked with Bay Area nonprofits including Cantare, a music education nonprofit serving Oakland K-12 students, and Chinatown Community Development Center, a nonprofit that provides affordable housing and community resources for low-income youth, families, and seniors in San Francisco.

Audrey joined the Oakland Public Education Fund in May 2022, being drawn to the organization’s focus on providing comprehensive support for students, families, and teachers at Oakland public schools. Her prior nonprofit experience has emphasized the importance and positive impacts of increasing equitable access to essential resources like education, and she’s excited to continue this work at the Ed Fund.
