Pete Haviland-Eduah, MPP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pete currently serves as the Director of Communications and External Affairs at Oakland Promise. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Trustees at Union College. Pete also worked as the Director of Communications at Divvy Homes and as the Director of Purpose Communications for Jordan Brand at Nike. Additionally, they have held positions at Facebook as a Communications Manager, at Million Hoodies Movement for Justice as a Board Member and National Policy and Communications Director, at Apartment List as a Senior Communications Manager, at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, at the Center for American Progress as a Graduate Student Intern, and at SKDKnickerbocker as an Associate.
Pete Haviland-Eduah, MPP earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Africana Studies from Union College, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Pete completed their secondary education at Saratoga Springs High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors.
