Jean Paul Wardy is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CenterCal Properties, a leading retail and mixed-use development company in the United States since December 1998. With a visionary approach and commitment to excellence, Jean Paul has played a pivotal role in the development and operation of highly regarded retail environments and mixed-use spaces. Prior to this, Jean Paul served as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Alexander Haagen Company, where responsibilities included the successful acquisition of over 20 shopping centers from June 1990 to June 1998. Jean Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Southern California.
