James Matthews has worked in the IT field since 2004. James began their career with twenty4help as an AppleCare Support. In 2006, they joined Anchor Trust as a Service Desk Technician and was later promoted to Senior Service Desk Technician and Systems Analyst. In 2018, they moved to Oak Engage as a DevOps Engineer. During their time as Systems Analyst at Anchor Trust, they were responsible for Service-Now and CACI OfficeBase development and support, development of custom applications using Service-Now platform for Customer Relations, AIMs and change management, and support and development of the Northgate product, specifically Repairs and Service contracts.
James Matthews attended Northumbria University from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Computing Studies.
