Keaton Butowsky is a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions at Oak Wood Ventures, focusing on real estate private equity investments with a specialization in manufactured housing communities. Previously, Keaton served as an Analyst in Investments at Willow Bridge Property Company, contributing to capital deployment and management for a fund established during a significant acquisition. Prior experience includes roles at Civitas Capital Group, Healthcare Realty, Greystone & Co., and Ashford Inc., with a strong emphasis on various aspects of private real estate investments, asset management, and lending. Keaton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Business and Chinese Language & Culture from Vanderbilt University, along with a High School Diploma from Greenhill School.
