Phil Del Giudice has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phil is currently working as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Oak View Group, where they are responsible for new business integration, setting standards and processes, client engagement, and event execution. Prior to this, Phil founded EHL Consulting, LLC, and worked as the Global Account Director at Compass Group, managing client partnerships across multiple countries. Phil also served as the Vice President of Operations and Implementation at Foodbuy USA, where they led the implementation of new food and beverage programs and optimized supply chain operations. Phil has held executive chef positions at Compass Group USA and Flik Hospitality Group, where they developed culinary concepts and menus for various clients. With their extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Phil has demonstrated expertise in driving sales, delivering cost savings, and creating quality and sustainable menus.
Phil Del Giudice earned an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from The Culinary Institute of America from 1987 to 1989. Phil also holds additional certifications including HACCP Training for Processors from NFS Learning Portal, Certified Executive Chef (CEC) from the American Culinary Federation, Food Safety Manager Certification from ServSafe, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute, and ServSafe Alcohol Responsible Server from ServSafe.
